EPISODE 1 - Board Terms: Friend or Foe?
Join guest speaker, Michael Blatchford, lawyer with Bull Housser, to dive into the topic: Board Term Limits: Friend or Foe? When I approached Michael about the possibility of bringing his expertise to this podcast, and provided him with a list of potential topics, Michael looked at today’s topic, Term Limits: Friend or Foe, and said…I’ve got a lot to say about that one!
Our Inaugural From our Vantage Point podcast
From our Vantage Point is a monthly podcast that shares expert perspectives and practical approaches to tackling common topics and concerns in not-for-profit governance and management.
For each 10-15minute podcast, published on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, I will interview an expert and leader in their field – from board engagement to financials, and volunteer engagement to governance. The topics we chose for each podcast are based on YOUR questions – our members, our customers, our knowledge philanthropists, our supporters. If you have a question or an idea you would like us to consider tackling at From our Vantage Point, please leave a comment here on the blog or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This year we’ve been looking for new ways to increase the availability of our learning and expertise through easily accessible, free content. We’re so excited that you’ve come to check out our latest initiative to achieve this goal - the From our Vantage Point podcast, where you can easily access expert perspective and practical approaches to tackling common topics and concerns in not-for-profit governance and management.
