Enhancing Your Personal and Organizational Credibility: a Career Development Workshop

Jessica Thoms, Capilano University Foundation's Executive Director, led this interactive discussion on the subject of credibility, as it relates to the next generation of community leaders.  Jessica openly shared her personal experience and together the group considered what qualities are required to be taken seriously as an emerging leader, and identified strategies they could begin to use right away.

What participants said:

"Fantastic!  I have lots to think about."

"This was well done - I got a lot out of it.  Jessica certainly has credibility!"

"I learned that I have strengths that I didn't view as valuable to my career which are applicable to my employment after all."
