It's the conversation everyone dreads — whether you're delivering bad news to a subordinate or boss, or working out a relationship issue, difficult conversations can cause a lot of stress. If you avoid, delay or bury difficult conversations, you could be doing the same to your career and even your health. The good news is having productive difficult conversations is a skill that can be learned, and one that will reward you over and over again, as you solve problems, create new opportunities and build relationships.
If so, join Carrie Gallant for this interactive 2 hour workshop. You will learn a simple, four-step process for having difficult conversations with ease; three things you can do before, during and afterwards to build your confidence and competence; and, you will know exactly what to say to open your next difficult conversation.
Go ahead, make your day.
