More and more experienced not-for-profit executives are considering the growing field of interim executive management to serve not for profit organizations during executive vacancies. Working with organizations in transition is a unique management science and creates a new way for seasoned executives to put their skills and experiences to work in especially challenging situations. Vantage Point has teamed with Interim Solutions to provide a one-day course that will introduce participants to the field of interim executive management, discuss proven strategies for effective transition leadership, and build a community of local professionals interested in providing interim management services to local organizations. Participants will be provided with tools to help secure the position, perform the job, and create a positive legacy for their successor. The workshop is open to past and current Executive Directors.
