William H. Ryan, Ph.D. - noted speaker, consultant and expert on governance issues shared expertise from his book Governance as Leadership: Reframing the Work of Nonprofit Boards. Participants discovered fresh and energizing perspectives, including key concepts related to a new governance framework and identified factors that might be holding their boards back.
