On December 1, 2009, 3D Visioning expert Gary Ansell facilitated an experiential workshop with a group of Next Leaders.   The session was designed to help participants achieve a greater sense of gratification and fulfillment both inside and outside of work - by defining their purpose and having a clear goal in sight.  Using structured exercises, intuitive visioning and purposeful play, participants defined their sense of purpose in life, identified ways to align that purpose with their work, and created a practical action plan that they could apply immediately.
