Queenie Choo

CEO, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. 

Queenie Choo immigrated to Canada 37 years ago. She has made significant achievements both in her career and in the community. She was appointed as the first CEO to commission a culturally appropriate care home in Edmonton. In 2012 Queenie was appointed as the CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S., the largest non-profit social service organization in B.C. Queenie’s passion to serve the community has extended her volunteering on many boards including Omni TV advisory council to ensure diversity and inclusion in media programming is continued. She also volunteers her time to participate on BC RCMP Commanding Officer’s Cultural Diversity Inclusion Board. Most recently, Queenie is selected to serve on the Poverty Reduction Advisory Committee for the province of B.C.
