All coaches participating in the Leadership Coaching Program are professionally trained with a minimum of 5 years of experience in volunteering or working within the not-for-profit sector. They are members of the International Coach Federation, Vancouver Chapter, and are volunteering their skills and passion for not-for-profit effectiveness to the Leadership Coaching Program.
