 This three hour workshop will examine trends shaping volunteerism, and provide ways to effectively engage the “next” volunteer.   Together, we will take a detailed look at the “Ps and Rs” of working with volunteers – planning, recruitment, retention and recognition.   Participants will leave with written information, access to websites, and templates to use in their own volunteer engagement.
