Based on your learning and insights from the "Dimensions of Success" workshop so far, please provide a brief proposal outlining the most pressing issues facing your organization and how participation in BESTI will benefit your organization. (300 words maximum)
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Please identify the four senior leaders in the organization who will form the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team must be committed to participating in BESTI between June 2021 to June 2022. The four senior leaders can be: - 2 board members (including at minimum, president/chair or vice president/chair), 1 most senior staff person, and 1 other board or staff - If no staff: 2 board members (including at minimum, president/chair or vice president/chair), 2 other senior leadership/management volunteers and/or contractors

Based on your learning and insights from the "Dimensions of Success" workshop so far, please provide an introduction on your interest in BESTI and your capabilities to participate as a consultant. (300 words maximum)
Please describe your consulting experience, especially with not-for-profits. You should outline: 1) your primary skillset regarding capacity issues such as governance, finance, marketing/management systems, program development, visioning, etc. 2) the lifecycles stage in which you feel most comfortable working in, and 3) methods you've developed for working within that stage. (500 words maximum)
BESTI is a 12-month program between June 2021 to June 2022. During this time, the consultant is expected to lead all consulting activities and attend four Cohort Meetings. Please describe your ability to take on a new clinet (the assigned not-for-profit organization) during the time frame of the program and any existing commitments or anticipated events that may limit your availability.

Dear Reader,

As Vantage Point is a space primarily used for convening and group learning, we want to reach out to you amidst the most recent updates on COVID-19. We understand there are a lot of mixed feelings about this outbreak. The bottom line is we want to make sure everyone is - and feels - safe, so we have begun important conversations with our Staff and Board to determine our plans for the coming months.

Keeping our workplaces and communities safe...

On the heels of our recent bulletin regarding COVID-19, we want to provide a more in-depth resource guide for BC not-for-profits. For context, we were fortunate to have an online discussion in one of our working groups, “Decent Work in the Sector”, where we talked about the many ways in which this virus affects us in the workplace, specifically in not-for-profits – especially with anxieties looming around reliable funding.
