Darrell has a natural instinct when it comes to investigating the real issues that prevent leaders and their organizations from achieving sustainable growth and outstanding service delivery. Darrell has a Master's degree in Leadership & Management, is a published author on the topic of leadership development and has received coach training at the respected Coaches Training Institute (accredited by the International Coaches Federation).
