BOSS is a space for dialogue and game-changing tactics on how not-for-profits can lead positive and lasting community and systemic change. Our themes for 2021 are: Collaboration, Equity, and Transformation. We want to rebalance our economy by pulling together as a sector to uncover and amplify the full potential of not-for-profit leadership.
Leading up to our larger BOSS Conference in February 2021, this November online event series, BOSS Reimagined, is a space to convene for thoughtful public dialogue and collaboration. Through online engagement, we will catalyze the potential for sector-wide participation in at the BOSS Conference 2021.
Nikki Hill is a public engagement expert with over 20 years of experience in strategic communications and government relations. As a Principal at Earnscliffe Strategy Group, Nikki works with non-profit, corporate and union stakeholders on their public affairs strategies. Nikki is the Co-Chair of the United Way Period Promise campaign and the recipient of the 2020 Greater Vancouver Board of Trade Wendy McDonald Community Catalyst Award.
