As a senior leader, Lisa is passionate about the collaborative process and committed to supporting and equipping organizations with the knowledge and skills they require to execute and deliver their mission.

Lisa’s BA in Communications from SFU, combined with her diverse professional experience, facilitation training from the Justice Institute of BC, and coach training with Essential Impact equips her to successfully lead your group.

Maria Turnbull, Associate Executive Director with Vantage Point, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in staff and director roles within the not-for-profit sector, both here in Canada and in the UK. With a BA in International Relations and MBA, Maria is a skilled facilitator and consultant in board governance, organizational development, and management. She has consulted for Foundations, the City of Vancouver, various Colleges, and hundreds of other not-for-profit organizations. Maria is former Co-Chair of Potluck Café Society and former President of the Bowen Island Montessori School, where she lives with her husband and two young sons and occasionally finds time for her other passions - skiing, cycling, travelling, and sailing.
