Erin O’Byrne has been a Knowledge Philanthropist with Vantage Point for over 5 years specializing in HR topics and strategic planning.

For over 15 years she has worked in the area of HR, coaching and leadership development. She has worked in Vancouver, the UK and Ireland for various corporate and not for profits. Her current role is a Sr. Talent Development Coach with Best Buy Canada and recent roles include Sr Learning Specialist for a health authority and Associate Director for a leadership program. When not in an office, Erin can be found by the ocean, in a yoga class, or volunteering to support the Canadian Mental Health Association.
