Sarah Gough

Sarah Gough brings over 20 years of facilitation experience in the not-for-profit sector and 10 years as Executive Director of Play for Peace, working with teams and organizations from 30+ different countries. Skilled in solution-focused strategies, Sarah infuses compassion and joy into teams working in the most challenging of areas and topics. Grounded in a systems thinking focused MSW in interpersonal relations from the University of Michigan, she has a passion for mentoring change-makers and bridging life-changing work on the ground with a vision that is strategic, collaborative and sustainable. Sarah's expertise includes supporting organizational development, leadership and volunteerism through the use of experiential learning techniques. She is also a business advisor for edtech, women-led start up Kikori and co-owns a sustainable living farm in Guatemala.


Laurie Dalzell

Laurie Dalzell is the Recruiting Manager for Hollyburn Family Services and the HR Advisor and Consultant for Hollyburn Family Services Society. With a Master in Business Administration, Executive Management – Leadership from Royal Roads University and with CPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, Laurie has over 10 years of experience in HR and Leadership roles with varied organizations across Canada and US. Previously, Laurie was the Executive Director for the Golden Women’s Resource Centre in Golden, BC and more recently worked as the Interim ED for Global Partners Institute Canada (Foreign Student Exchange Program).
