As Consulting Manager at Vantage Point, Lisa assists not-for-profit organizations throughout BC by sharing her expertise in strategic planning, governance and capacity building. Lisa is a skilled facilitator and experienced presenter with 20 + years in the for profit and not for profit sectors. As a senior leader, Lisa is passionate about the collaborative process and committed to supporting and equipping organizations with the knowledge and skills they require to execute and deliver their mission.

Lisa’s BA in Communications from SFU, combined with her diverse professional experience, facilitation training from the Justice Institute of BC, and coach training with Essential Impact equips her to successfully lead your group.


Catarina Moreno

Catarina has 15+ years of experience in leading people, programs and projects in mission-driven organizations locally and internationally. She believes in the power of collaboration and capacity-building and is specifically interested in strategic planning, organizational culture and the opportunities inherent in change. She holds a certificate in Organizational Design and Development and is passionate about designing engaging workshops that promote peer learning.
