Erin O'Byrne


Erin O’Byrne has been a Knowledge Philanthropist with Vantage Point for over 5 years specializing in HR topics and strategic planning. For over 15 years she has worked in the area of HR, coaching and leadership development. She has worked in Vancouver, the UK and Ireland for various corporate and not-for-profits. Her current role is a Sr. Talent Development Coach with Best Buy Canada and recent roles include Sr Learning Specialist for a health authority and Associate Director for a leadership program. Prior to her move abroad, Erin worked at the YWCA Metro Vancouver and set up the pilot year of Connect to Success Mentoring program. She also worked in various employment programs helping high-risk youth with their career development. When not at work Erin can be found by the ocean, in a yoga class, or volunteering to support the Canadian Mental Health Association.
