Training Room

Half-Day* $120 $150 $250
Full-Day $190 $230 $340

* 4 hours maximum; considered a full-day rate if booked over the noon hour
** Includes staffing charge
 

Meeting Room

Up to 12 people  l  Room size: 14' x 12'

  Member Not-For-Profit For-Profit
Half-Day* $80 $100 $150
Full-Day $140 $160 $240

* 4 hours maximum; considered a full-day rate if booked over the noon hour
** Includes staffing charge
 

General Information

  • Minimum half-day charge required
  •  As necessary, a set-up and/or clean up fee of $50 will apply
  • If workstation is required, a rate of $50/day will be charged, subject to availability
  • Cancellation must be 5 business days prior to the booking; if cancelled within 5 business days of schedule, the member rate will be charged
  • Operating hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm; room s are accessible outside operating hours at an additional staffing charge of $20/hour

LCD Projector ....................$150 / day
Coffee & Tea .....................$50 / day
Flipchart & Paper...............$15 / day
