Leadership Principles - City of Vancouver Application

The City of Vancouver bursary is a full-tuition bursary (valued at $500) and includes all course materials, workbooks, and a light dinner.

City of Vancouver  grantees are eligible to apply for the limited bursary spots in each Vantage Point Lab. Please note: The application process for advanced labs is competitive, and candidates should put their best foot forward when filling out the application form. 

Please note:

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a bursary spot
  • There are limited bursary spots per lab
  • Bursary recipients will be recommended by Vantage Point and selected by City of Vancouver

Leadership Principles Program Outline - leadership development for new not-for-profit leaders in Vancouver



  Jodi Rai

Jodi Rai is the facilitator of Leadership Principles.

Jodi Rai is on a mission to support organizations and parents in being self-aware, strategic and empathetically impactful. She is a Free Agent with Treasury Board Secretariat and has her own practice as a People Strategist/ Intentifer™ leveraging her 18 + years of Human Resources Management expertise in the areas of Organizational Development and Talent Management. She holds a Masters in Leadership, certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitating Dialogue, and Emotional Intelligence. She also considers herself to be working towards a life-long “degree in motherhood” – her two children are her life’s muse. She is currently conducting research on self-awareness and impact something she calls Intentification™. As an Intentifier™ (someone who has identified their intent and helps others to do the same), Jodi provides training, consulting, and coaching services that are a blend of neuroscience, human development theories and experiential case studies.
