The City of Vancouver bursary is a full-tuition bursary (valued at $500) and includes all course materials, workbooks, and a light dinner.
City of Vancouver grantees are eligible to apply for the limited bursary spots in each Vantage Point Lab. Please note: The application process for advanced labs is competitive, and candidates should put their best foot forward when filling out the application form.

Isabel Budke (CPCC, MRM, MA equiv.) is a highly respected, engaging and results-focussed Leadership Coach and Strategist, Facilitator and Trainer with over a decade of experience in senior management and leadership roles. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), she is a graduate of the highly regarded Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition to two graduate degrees (Education and Resource Management), Isabel holds an Associate Certificate in Leadership and Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC. She is also a certified Search and Rescue Team Leader and Trainer.
Isabeau Iqbal (PhD, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach) brings her extensive background as an adult educator and facilitator to the program. She enjoys working with diverse teams and projects and has deep experience in the area of teaching and learning. Isabeau works part-time at the University of British Columbia, teaches in the Centre for Leadership at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, and coaches individuals and teams interested in applying their strengths to achieve greater fulfillment at work. Isabeau cares deeply about human relationships and describes herself as an avid learner and curious individual. She holds a PhD in Education (focus on teaching and learning in higher education) and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
