The Youth Network is created for youth, by youth, to support relationship-building and sector knowledge development with tomorrow's not-for-profit leaders.
Vantage Point's Youth Network is a series of opportunities for people in the not-for-profit sector, ages 18 - 35, to network and learn from not-for-profit leadership experts.
There are passionate young people who want to develop a career in not-for-profits. There are both incredible opportunities and fulfilling careers within the not-for-profit sector, but the path is not always straightforward. This network is led by a youth staff team at Vantage Point. Together, we can support each other and build the skills and knowledge to have thriving and meaningful careers.
We were joined by Harsha Walia (Executive Director of BCCLA), Mebrat Beyene (Executive Director of WISH), and Veronika Bylicki (Executive Director of CityHive) on January 28, 2021. To see key takeaways of this amazing panel of not-for-profit leaders, take a look at our illustrated PDF, graphic recording by Youth Network team member, Miranda Maslany!
